That's a random drawing of XoVeR again Ratchet is grabbing Xianghua by the arm because he wants her to go with him in the water °°! Daxter was taking a nap on the surfboard (in this strange position yes °°!) until Ratchet grabs it XD. Kilik is watching them, especially Xianghua XD. And Jak.... Yes xD....
